Registered Dental Assistant
I have been with Tri-Cities Orthodontic Specialists since 2009. The most rewarding parts of my job are getting to know our patients, seeing the end results, and witnessing how happy and confident they are with their smiles once their treatment is complete. In my free time, I like to be outdoors and I enjoy spending time with friends and family.
I have been with Tri-Cities Orthodontic Specialists since 2007. I am one of the first voices you will hear when you call our new Kingsport location. I am truly blessed to work with such wonderful co-workers and be part of a group that makes beautiful smiles and gives self-confidence. When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with my husband Gerald, my children Tim and Kris, my five wonderful grandchildren, and my two step-daughters, Kristen and Cecilia. I am an animal lover, enjoy being outdoors, and watching and going to college football games.
I work in the Johnson City office and I have been in customer service for over ten years. I am not afraid to jump in and get things done! I enjoy the one-on-one attention we give our patients and the focus we all put on meeting our patients’ needs. I love seeing the excitement when our patients get their braces and the confidence in their smile when they get them off. My husband Eric and I have one child, Corey, two Golden retrievers, and an African Grey parrot. In my free time, I enjoy gardening, camping, and quality family time.
TCOS has become my new home as I have met some extraordinary people whom I feel blessed to call friends. My position gives me a chance to float to all three offices, trouble-shooting insurances and filing new claims. The greatest part about this job is getting to help patients feel comfortable during the process of getting the smile they deserve! In my free time, I work at ETSU as a cycling class fitness instructor and biology tutor. I also enjoy traveling and spending time with my incredible husband, Robert.
