Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Update:
We went for our 5th visit. The staff was SUPER FRIENDLY, and the dental hygienist was great about explaining my son's care.
Again, my son is happy with the look of his braces. Great visit.

So far, we like TriCities Ortho. Today, we checked in early, just so they could call me an hour later, one minute after our scheduled time, telling me I'd missed out appointment, though I was there in the lobby. Once I told the secretary that I was here in the lobby waiting, she asked me if I had checked in. I had checked in upon arrival, and it was the same lady that had called me. We arrived at 3:40 p.m., and left a little after 5:00 p.m. This is our second visit there, so I assume that this is not typical.
Also, I do need a lot of reminders, but he text reminders are a little bit overkill. I got a text reminder every 6 hours for 5 days.
On a positive note, they did a good job lecturing my son on brushing his teeth properly, and he is really happy with his new bracket band colors.
