With an impressive 21 years at Tri-Cities Orthodontics, Shauna is a cornerstone of the team and plays a vital role in keeping everything running smoothly. As Operations Manager, she loves watching patients grow and transform throughout their treatment—and values the strong, lasting bonds she’s built with both patients and her team over the years.

A proud Tri-Cities native, Shauna was born and raised in the area and attended high school just minutes from the office. Her deep roots in the community and appreciation for its natural beauty make her especially passionate about serving local families.

Shauna’s favorite braces color is teal! Outside of work, she enjoys spending time on the lake, being with friends and family, and cheering on the Tennessee Vols at football games whenever she can. She’s also a proud dog mom to her two goldendoodles, Wiz and Zeke.
